We're Hiring - Field Supervisor / Material Runner
Job Summary:
Champions Choice Roofing is seeking a dependable, motivated Roofing Field Supervisor / Material Runner to join our fast-growing team. This hybrid role involves coordinating roofing projects in the field, delivering and picking up materials (including plywood), assisting crews, communicating with customers, and helping ensure job sites run smoothly from start to finish. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with great potential for growth and income.

Requirements:
- ✅ Reliable work truck capable of hauling roofing materials (plywood, shingles, etc.)
- ✅ Flexible schedule – must be available on roofing build days (weather-dependent)
- ✅ Able to lift up to 45 pounds occasionally (shingles and materials can be heavy)
- ✅ Strong communication skills – coordinate with office staff, crews, and customers
- ✅ Photo/documentation skills – must take and upload jobsite pictures (insurance purposes)
- ✅ Customer service skills – professional and respectful communication is a must
- ✅ Dependable and organized – must manage materials and timelines efficiently
- 🌟 Bonus Skills (not required but highly desired):
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience assisting with crew hiring/interviewing
- Crew quality control / small repair skills
